  1. Scope of Services

We provide consultancy and advisory services related to:

University Admissions Clause

“While we provide guidance on university applications, document preparation, and admission strategies, NextStep Consultancy does not guarantee admission to any German educational institution. Admission decisions are solely at the discretion of universities and depend on academic qualifications, seat availability, and other factors beyond our control.”

Force Majeure Clause

“We are not liable for delays or failures in service caused by unforeseen events including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters, pandemics, or health emergencies.
  • Strikes, political unrest, or consulate/embassy closures.
  • Technical failures (website downtime, VFS system errors).
     In such cases, we will resume services as soon as feasibly possible.”

  • We do not guarantee visa approvals (decisions lie solely with German authorities).
  1. Client Obligations

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete documents/information.
  • Pay fees as per the agreed schedule (Section 4).
  • Attend consular appointments/interviews as scheduled or required.
  • Not hold us liable for delays/rejections due to:
  • False information provided by you.
  • Consular decisions
  • Changes in German/Indian immigration laws.
  1. Fees & Payment Terms
  • Consultation Fees: Non-refundable once services commence.
  • Service Packages: Costs vary by visa type
  • Study Visa Support: On request
  • Job Seeker Visa: On request
  • Business Visa: On request
  • Payment Methods: Bank transfer, UPI, PayPal.
  • Refund Policy:
  • 50% refund if cancellation occurs before document submission.
  • No refunds after application submission or visa rejection by authorities.
  1. Privacy & Data Protection

We adhere to GDPR (for EU clients) and Indian data protection laws. Your data is protected under our Privacy Policy.

  • Data collected includes:
  • Personal details (Name, passport, Contact, educational/work history).
  • Payment information (processed securely via third-party gateways).
  • Cookies for website analytics (opt-out available).
  • Data Sharing: We do not sell your data but may share it with:
  • German consulates/Visa Outsourced Agencies/Consultancies for visa processing.
  • Legal authorities if required by law.
  • Retention Period: 2 years post-service (unless longer retention is legally required).

  1. Intellectual Property
  • All website content/materials (checklists, guides, templates) are our exclusive proprietary content.
  • Clients may use documents only for personal applications. Redistribution or commercial use is prohibited.
  1. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Visa rejections/delays by German authorities.
  • Rejected University Admissions
  • Financial losses due to client-provided misinformation.
  • Errors in client-submitted documents.
  • Technical issues (website downtime, payment failures).
  • Third-party services/actions (e.g., VFS, couriers, universities).
  1. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

  • You violate these terms.
  • Payments are overdue by 15+ days.
  • Fraudulent information is provided or fraudulent activity is detected.

 

  1. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
  • These terms are governed by Indian law and laws of State of Hesse, German
  • Disputes resolved via arbitration in Frankfurt, Germany.
